About Me

Bonjour! My name is Isabelle Youdi, and I am so excited to be your child's 2nd Grade French teacher this year! I am looking forward to getting to know each of my students and sharing the French language and culture with them. This is my sixth year at ICSAtlanta. Before joining the 2nd Grade team, I taught 4th Grade French for four years. I also spent 1.5 years at the Lower Campus as a substitute teacher and teaching assistant. I grew up in the beautiful southwest of France, near Bordeaux. I earned my degree in Education and taught for more than 20 years in the suburbs of Paris as an elementary school teacher, specializing in supporting students with learning difficulties. In 2020, my husband, our two children, and I had the wonderful opportunity to move to the United States. It has been an exciting adventure for our family, and we have loved discovering a new culture while sharing our own. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, traveling, and exploring new cities and countries. I also love capturing beautiful sunsets with my camera and spending time by the sea whenever I can.

I am truly delighted to be part of your child's learning journey this year, and I look forward to a wonderful year of learning, discovery, and fun together!
